A guided, intentional January & February reset for gay men whose mental health gets tangled up with food, body image, and control.
This is not a challenge, a diet or a quick fix.
It’s an invitation to pause, reconnect, and reset direction – without urgency, pressure, or overwhelm.

January starts with intentions, energy and motivation.
Promises to yourself that this time will be different. A sense that this could be the moment everything finally shifts.
And yet, for many gay men, January quietly intensifies food noise, body focus, and control patterns.
We tighten the rules and so the nervous system stays activated. The mind starts trying to fix everything at once.
And before the month is over, you’re back in the same place feeling fed up, ashamed, and wondering why you can’t just stick to it.
This is because willpower alone cannot regulate a nervous system that’s stuck in high alert mode.
The Freedom Reset exists to interrupt that cycle gently, intentionally and so that you can sustain a new you that serves you throughout 2026 and beyond.
The Freedom Reset is an 8 week guided container designed to bring clarity, regulation, and direction to your relationship with food, your body, and yourself.
Rather than trying to force change, it focuses on four core functions:
Orientation
Making sense of what’s actually happening and why – so you’re no longer stuck in confusion or self-blame.
Regulation
Learning how to stabilise when food noise, urges, or control spikes show up, instead of white-knuckling through them.
Direction
Clarifying what matters right now – and what doesn’t – so you’re not trying to fix everything at once.
Integration
Creating space to reflect, consolidate what’s shifted, and decide next steps without pressure.
This space is for gay men who find themselves here, again:
feel mentally tangled around food, body image, self-worth and control
notice the same control–relax–regret cycle replaying every time they try to start again
are getting through life on the surface, but feel quietly stuck underneath
start with clarity and intention, then lose it when the pressure builds
want support at this point in the cycle, not another all-or-nothing programme
feel the urge to ‘sort everything out’ at the start of the year – and burn out trying
You don’t need a diagnosis, and you don’t need to be at breaking point.
If any of these resonate, The Freedom Reset is designed for you.
The Freedom Reset runs across January and February and is designed as a contained, intentional process.
It’s structured to give you enough guidance to stay oriented, without overwhelming you or asking you to overhaul everything at once.

This isn’t about "fixing" yourself in January.
It’s about slowing down enough to actually hear yourself again.
To stabilise what’s been noisy.
And to move forward with intention rather than pressure.
The Freedom Reset is an invitation to start from clarity, not urgency.

8 weeks of guided support
Four live Zoom sessions, each with a clear purpose:
– Session 1 (90 minutes): orientation and grounding
– Sessions 2–4 (45 minutes each): regulation, direction, and integration
Sessions spaced roughly every two weeks to allow real-life integration
Guided materials and reflective prompts introduced at appropriate points, to support insight and integration without overload
Between-session voice note support, used intentionally when regulation or grounding is needed
A small, capped group to keep the space contained, personal and focused.
"I’ve never felt so seen and understood"
I’d worked on identity, recovery and spirituality for years, but Jay was the first person who truly saw me. He discerned emotions I couldn’t even articulate and helped me step into a completely new narrative for my life.
- Daniel
"I’ve accomplished more in the last 10 weeks working with Jay than in the years I spent with other services and professionals"
Jay helped me break the cycles I’d been stuck in for years. His honesty, warmth and grounded guidance gave me the clarity to move forward and step into the person I’m becoming.

- John
"Supportive, genuine, and completely judgement-free"
Jay just gets it. He understands where my struggles began and always meets me where I’m at. I feel truly supported whenever I need it.
- Alastair
If The Freedom Reset has resonated, this is your invitation to begin from clarity rather than urgency.
You don’t need to have everything figured out.
You just need to know that continuing as you are no longer feels right.
